Spectator Safety & Policies

The holder of this ticket expressly assumes all risk incidental to this racing event and agrees that all race participants, sanctioning bodies, and all employees, agents, officers, and directors of Humberstone Speedway are hereby released from any and all such injuries, damages, or claims arising from the event.

This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of the Humberstone Speedway.

Humberstone Speedway reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein. Any such refusal or ejection may be without refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price. Humberstone Speedway reserves the right to add or change the rules.

Holder grants permission to Humberstone Speedway and its agents to use Holder’s image and/or likeness in connection with any live or recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction in whole or part of the event.

In the event of postponement for any reason the race will be held at a time designated by the Humberstone Speedway. This ticket will entitle holder to admission on date event is held. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO COOLERS, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PERMITTED.
